Newly opened in late 2023, Disney Cruise Line's second year-round cruise terminal is located at Port Everglades. Located just 12 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The Disney Destiny will begin sailing year-round from Port Everglades in November 2025.

Online check-in opens at Midnight EST. You may use a laptop or desktop computer by opening up the Disney Cruise Line website and logging into your account. You can also use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app on your smartphone device. We prefer to use the app on a smartphone since our documents are already loaded onto the device. If you have a laptop or tablet, keep it on stand-by as a backup in the event of technical issues.

Preparing for Online Check-In

Completing Disney Cruise Line online check-in is more than just tapping a few buttons. You will be required to upload important documents, and enter critical information for each member of your Family. Before your check-in, it is important to locate your citizenship documents. Remember that Birth Certificates must be original. Photo copies will not be acceptable. If you're using a Passport, make sure it will be valid past your sailing date.

Uploading these documents means you'll need to take photos of them with your smartphone device. Make sure you have the document in the entire frame, with no glare or blur. Documents will be rejected if some information is not fully visible.

A headshot from the shoulders up is also required for each member of your travel party. These photos should be taken in front of a neutral color background.

Guest Information

Guests details, emergency contacts, upload citizenship documents and headshots for each guest in your travel party.

Onboard Account

Add credit card information for onboard charges. You may also choose to settle your onboard balance with cash.

Traveling with Children

Debarkation information for children under 18. Register children for Youth Clubs.

Travel Plans

Enter pre and post-cruise travel plans. If you're flying, provide flight information.

Port Arrival Time

Select a Port Arrival Time (PAT). Only available times will appear. Choose a time that you and your Family expect to arrive at the Cruise Terminal. Concierge guests and guests with transfers booked through Disney will not select a PAT.

Cruise Contract

Read and accept the terms and conditions of your Disney Cruise Line vacation. Upon completion, you will be able to add a Port Arrival Form for each member of your travel party. This will consist of a QR code that a Cast member will scan upon arrival. You may also opt to print these forms.
