DAS is a service offered at the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort Theme Parks for guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time.
Guests with cognitive and non-apparent disabilities. DAS passes are not granted to guests with mobility issues. It is at the discretion of the Cast Member you are speaking with whether an individual is eligible for DAS or not.
You may only register for DAS beginning 30 days prior to your first park visit via a live video chat to determine eligibility. Kingdom Adventures Travel destination planners unfortunately cannot complete this for you.
As soon as you have entered a Theme Park, you may request your first DAS return time on the My Disney Experience app. The return time will be comparable with the current stand-by wait time. Once the return time has been called, you may enter the Lightning Lane at the front of the attraction or experience. DAS return times do not expire until the park or attraction closes. Only one DAS return time may be held at a time. Your next DAS return time may be requested ten (10) minutes after redeeming your current selection. Up to three (3) additional guests may join the DAS holder during an experience.
A Boarding Group must be obtained via free Virtual Queue at 7am or 1pm for select attractions in order to utilize the Lightning Lane. You may hold a DAS return time for a different experience in addition to a Virtual Queue Boarding Group.
DAS passes are valid for the length of your ticket, or up to 240 days. Whichever is shorter.
